Shipping and Returns

We offer two levels of services for our delivery customers :

1. Local Delivery

For customers in Wirral, Liverpool, Ellesmere Port, Chester and Warrington we offer our own local delivery service. Our charge is £3.50 inclusive of VAT. 

Our regular delivery days are Tuesday for CH Postcodes - Wirral, Ellesmere Port and Chester postcode area, and Wednesday for L and WA Postcodes, Liverpool, Sefton, and Warrington. If you're not sure if you are in our local delivery area please get in touch with us by phone, email or on Facebook messenger.  

Our deliveries are very busy. To make sure you get your place, please place your order as soon as possible and at least 1 full day before you would like your delivery to arrive. Let us know in the "special instructions" field if there is somewhere safe you would like us to leave your order so that you don't have to wait in (we are not able to give delivery times).

2. Express Courier Service

Need it quicker? Choose our Express Courier Service to receive your order within 2 working days. Our courier charge is £7.50 plus VAT for up to 15kg.

We are able to deliver anywhere in the UK Mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands). We regret that we are not able to deliver outside the UK mainland.

Collections

Our depot in central Birkenhead is open to trade and public.

We are close to Birkenhead Central Station, Birkenhead Tunnel and main transport routes, with free parking on site.

Please ask for help with lifting - it is part of our service to lift heavy bags from the shelves and load them into your car.

We offer a safe, Contact-Free Collection Service for customers who want it. Please order on line and telephone us when you are outside our depot. We will bring out your order and load it straight into your car. 

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase and our service to you. If you have any problem whatsoever with your delivery or if anything is not to your complete satisfaction, please tell us straight away

You should expect to receive your products in good condition. If you believe that they are deficient in any way please contact us as soon as possible to explain the problem and return them to us in their original packaging.  

We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to investigate the problem and if the goods are found to be deficient then you will receive a full refund.

We will not be responsible for any damage or deficiency that is caused by incorrect storage or failure by you to provide accurate delivery information. 

Terms and Conditions

All sales, deliveries, collections and returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions. These may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on our website or available in hard copy if requested.
