Shipping and Returns
All of our deliveries are shipped by overnight courier. Please allow up to 3 working days to receive your order.
We regret that we are presently unable to ship frozen (raw) goods as we are not able to guarantee the temperature control of these items in transit at a reasonable cost to our customers.
For customers in all other postcode areas the National Shipping cost will be £7.50 inclusive of VAT per 15 kilos (1 bag of CSJ) and then £2.50 for every additional 15 kilos.
We are able to deliver anywhere in the UK Mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands). We regret that we are not able to deliver outside the UK mainland.

Collections
Our depot in central Birkenhead is open to trade and public.
You can find us at
234 Bebington Road, Wirral, CH42 4QF (the former car show room at the corner of Bebington Road and Kings Lane, next to the Kings Arms pub. We have plenty of free parking on site. Pull right up to our windows and park anywhere within the white line.

We are close to Bebington Station, Birkenhead and Wallasey Tunnels and main transport routes, with free parking on site.
Please ask for help with lifting - it is part of our service to lift heavy bags from the shelves and load them into your car.
We offer a safe, Contact-Free Collection Service for customers who want it. Please order online and telephone us when you are outside. We will bring out your order and load it straight into your car.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase and our service to you. If you have any problem whatsoever with your delivery or if anything is not to your complete satisfaction, please tell us straight away
You should expect to receive your order in good condition. If you believe that your products are deficient in any way please contact us as soon as possible to explain the problem and return them to us in their original packaging.
We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to investigate the problem and if the goods are found to be deficient then you will receive a full refund.
We will not be responsible for any damage or deficiency that is caused by incorrect storage or failure by you to provide accurate delivery information.
